You want the exact setup for making one form pull submitted values from another form into a dropdown. Here’s the standard way to do it with a Lookup field.
Exact setup
1) Create the source form
This is the form that stores the data you want to reuse.
- data form
- Name, Year, Make, Model, etc.
In the second form — the one users will fill out — add a Lookup field.

- Select Item
3) Configure the Lookup field
Edit that Lookup field and set:
- Get options from → choose the source form
- Field → choose the field from the source form whose values should appear in the dropdown
That makes the dropdown load its choices from entries submitted in the other form.
4) Save and test
- p]:inline” data-streamdown=”list-item”>Open the form on the front end
- If you want dependent dropdowns
You can also chain multiple Lookup fields.
Example:
- Select Year
- Get options from → source form
- Field → Year
- Select Make
- Get options from → source form
- Field → Make
- Select Year
- Select Model
- Get options from → source form
- Field → Model
- Select Year and Select Make
